Stable Gallery will remain closed for the 2020 season due to the Carona virus pandemic.

Located at 28 Water Street, Damariscotta, Maine, the Stable Gallery has a long history of exhibiting fine arts and crafts, representing Maine artists and artisans of superb quality and reputation.

Housed in the actual stable attached to the house built by clipper ship builder Eldridge Norris in the 1850’s, the gallery makes great use of the original stalls, tack room and carriage room to present the best art and craft available from the talented artists in mid-coast Maine. The stables are faced and trimmed with black walnut and topped with unique cast iron decorations – a magnificent example of Victorian architecture that is well worth seeing.

Each year we include approximately 40 Maine based artists using a vast range of media. For 2020, we will only have an online presence for the safety of all.

Please enjoy our website and contact us via email (info@stablegallerymaine.com) if you are interested in any work or any artist.
